What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from Relax Garments that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page. Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Relax Garments.

What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the Item is not Delivered, you'll not be able to Return items, only upon Delivery, you'll raise a return request.
  3. Once the return request is received, you will, in accordance to our support team, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Relax Garments account (as Wallet balance).

When will I get my refund?

Upon received any Return request from your end, we will need to review & verify the order details and approve your Return request & our delivery agent will pick up the ordered items and after successfully received items,  Relax Garments will processed your Refund amount for the items to your original payment method, but Delivery fees should be bear by the customer itself.

Can my order be replaced?

No, If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a Return and  Relax Garments  will process your Refund directly to your original payment method.
