Status of the orders can be tracked by the Customer alone, via the following methods:

  • Text Trace Alerts : These will be sent to the registered mobile number of the Customer.
  • e-mail Trace Alerts : These will be sent to the registered email ID of the Customer.
  • Track Your Order Option:  Customer can track the status of an order by clicking on "Track Your Order" option on the Orders details page of the Customer's account either via website or app.
